Guacamole Dip


One of my favorites - this provides lots of "good" fats...
and it's soooo easy!


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ¼ medium onion, minced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

      1. Peel and mash the avocado. 
      2. Add the onion, tomatoes, lime juice, and spices and stir gently.
      3. Place in tightly closed container (so that the avocado won’t turn brown)
