and as a topping for "White" Pizzas

Ingredients
- 1 pkg firm or extra firm tofu
- 2 T honey
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/8 tspn salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tspn dried basil
Directions
Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix or food processor and puree.
