Next Food Network Star Submission Video

This is my audition tape for the Food Network competition. I have been a total vegetarian since 2000 and my passion is to teach people how to prepare foods that anyone can make and everyone can enjoy. My style of cooking is down-home healthy meals which take less than 30 minutes to prepare with ordinary ingredients.
