Oat Milk


 

This has got to be the easiest recipe I’ve ever posted. It won’t necessarily take the place of milk on your cereal, but it’s great to bake with. Experiment and see where it fits into your repertoire (who knows, maybe it’ll even help lower your cholesterol!)


Ingredients

  • 3/4 C old-fashioned oats
  • 3 1/4 C water
  • salt or sweetener (if desired)

Preparation

  1. Put in Vitamix (or high speed blender), blend on Hi for 1 minute
  2. Refrigerate until use.
