Nancy's Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 T smooth peanut butter
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 2T soy sauce
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 2 clove garlic 
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation


Blend thoroughly in Vita-Mix or blender and chill.


GREAT on salads, as a dip or sauce
